We kept several boats there in rack storage over the years. Probably 250 to 300 boats in there that are now gone.

Trim up just a little at a time after the boat is on plane. You will feel the bottom of the boat have less resistance with the water. First guess would be impeller or thermostat issue? Sand can clog things up, experienced it first hand on the river in our old four Winn's which also had a 350 mag. I've also had sand clog and burst a water line and smoke the water pump in the process.
