It has a Bravo III outdrive and used every weekend for many summers, some with pulling kids on tubes and skiers. No worries, no issues other ...

Re: 240 BR Rebuild

Btw, my "go to" polish for years. It does wonders on classic cars and motorcycles, and it works really good on my boat. You should order a can and give it a try!

Welcome to the forum from another newbie! Nice boat you have there. The guy you bought it from is the bomb.com for sure! I have learned a lot from him, and I'm sure you will enjoy owning it.

Re: 240 BR Rebuild

Yessir! I ordered it on your recommendation. I like it, but it seems to leave a residue of some sort. BB said it's probably from sanding it buff marks and he's right, I can see faint marks when the light is just right. I'm about to buff both sides again. (yay)

Re: Cleaning/waxing

Oooooh. Thank you, Mastah BeegBlock! You are right, I am seeing things that shouldn't be there. I'll go back to the buffing pad and get'er done right. I thought I had it, but can still see some sanding and buffing marks. I'm using McQuires #7 , #4, #1 when I buff. The last step is the swirl remover,...

Re: Cleaning/waxing

Liquid have you noticed any residual swirls after using the hot sauce? I get quite a bit when the light hits it just right.
I've tried going over it a couple times and buffing real good but there are still places I can see. I wonder if I got a bad batch?
