There isn't much of a market for a 282 in this area. I suspect that boat will be on the market throughout the winter and into the spring. A late December offer could be perfect. The one in Canada that tgrace posted is still for sale. It's located about an hour north of Toronto and less than three hours from the border at Niagara Falls. As you continue with your search, you may want to look into boats listed in Quebec. Given the favourable exchange rate, there are deals to be had just north of VT. Price is off the mark. It is a Gussi M931 wheel with the added Cobalt emblem. You can find the wheel without the emblem for $145 on eBay. Just search 'Gussi M931'. Specs indicate it is a 200, which might explain the 5.0.

Given hours and condition, it likely offers good value.

Tow with it up. You can also protect from bugs and debris by using industrial strength plastic wrap. I’ve bought it from Home Depot in the past. You should also be able to find it at the local U-Haul.

I'm sure that boat could be bought for $47.5K USD or less. The market here for a boat like that is quite limited.
