Lots of good looking companions on here. Ak, I tried to talk the family into a Bloodhound, they weren’t having it. Really wanting to keep the nails in check so she can be a boat dog.

We haven’t had 2 ridgebacks for a while, but we are starting to repopulate. This sweet girl comes home in less than two weeks.

The boat was filthy coming out of storage, I was in work clothes, the wife had no makeup, but we were on the water. Managed to burn up a quarter tank at less than a buck fifty a gallon. I’ve been on that lake my entire life and saw things I’ve never seen simply because of the lack of vegetation.

VRBO has a few listings somewhat close. Looking to stay myself. Less than a week and less than 8.

The regatta is on the list. I need something sooner if possible. Summers are jam packed as it is. It looks like Dale Hollow might have restaurants with docks. We’ll see.

We celebrated 17 yrs of marriage on 12/21. As usual, we had/have no time to celebrate with all of the Christmas activities. So, as usual, we will take a long weekend sometime in the future. I'm thinking this year, maybe we incorporate the boat into the trip. I'm looking for a lake within 4-6 hrs fro...

I propose a 2000 mile race. The Ford should win by hours.

There is close to 600 pounds tongue weight on the trailer. It is plenty. I don’t think adding passengers and luggage will make much difference. I suspect it is like most modern trucks where the first part of the travel is fairly soft for ride quality.

Nah, those twenty extra horses I have are heavy! I haven’t towed it much, so I can’t give you a good rundown. But, you need to understand, my Super Duty is a 2001 (I have an old truck so I can have a newer boat) 7.3 on 35” tires so it isn’t all it could be. You definitely know the boat is back there...
