Re: R5 swim platform repair

When I do fiberglass repairs, I always use the West system products. They have a lot of fillers and additives too that will make your job much easier. Check out their website.

Strap filter is the best for getting off stuck filters. If it starts to crush You can put strips of metal in where it starts to crush. www.amazon.com/Tools-3149-Nylon-Strap-Wrnch/dp/B0002SR4MM/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2LRO1RIOW8II2&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.7Sf8H0frg-7BvNeWaJYt0TtrLAT0Jlhp0pSCu-WoA0ypEtFx8e2_wcwS...

Look at NADAGuides.com. When I bought my boat it was very close to that average price. You may get more with the new engine.

Drilling a few holes is not a big issue. You already have a huge hole for the sterndrive...what's a couple extra small holes?

Have a custom one made. Even if you were to find one that fit, it would come with no snaps and you would have to install them yourself.

I thought they fixed that issue WAY before 2014!
