Is there a gap between the boat and the surf gate? Seems like the only way would be to go out there to the outside of the trailer. I would also check the head unit making sure it's not faded front/back, etc. and all channels are on, if you have platinum sound you should have 3 zones or 4 if you have tower speakers. Each zone can play different media so just double check. Also check connections at the amp.
