I have a new 2023 R4 surf. My trim assist stays and -5 as well. Did you get any help with this? When i manually trim anything higher than 2 it porpoises. Also fuel gauges did not work and lots of errors with surf gate not activating. Same issues with surf gates / trim staying at -5 on 2023 R8 surf....

Ours lasted over 2 years or so on the same lake. Futrell got me another one under warranty. I haven't installed it yet and have found that I may not install it as it will break again. What are the recommendations for boat lifts? May be pulling the trigger on a 2023 R8 Surf over the weekend.

Currently have a 2008 212 that Im sure the slip and lift will not be compatible with a much larger boat.
