Bennett and Lenco are the two big brands - I don't think you'd go wrong with either of them.

One other thing that may help if you do decide to brace it temporarily lifted is to support it where there's a stringer in the boat rather than between stringers. I'm also in the camp that believes it should be just fine. When I drove a few boats in that range, having a duo prop outdrive seemed to make a bigger difference than 20-30 horsepower.

Is that the new 6.2L? The specification will be in the Volvo Penta engine manual, near the back in a table of specifications. For example, page 157 of this document for the V8-380CE-A shows 650CCA with a suggested 135 minute reserve capacity:
