 well I hope that's not a sign.
I traded my motorcycle for a 1977 19br 188.
We have three young children so the bike no longer works. We've only been able to take it out once but it brought smiles all around.

H there, and welcome to the forum! We're just starting out this year, with the intent of building a community where people can share information and get questions answered regarding Cobalt Boats.

Thank you, for all of the positive things I've heard about these boats the owners don't seem to be real active in forums. I hope this place takes off.

No lucky wasn't so lucky with the engine - think he scrapped her.

You're ahead of your time sfoster. Almost 20,000 posts and three years later, it's starting to really rock here. 8-)

Ok, so I'm a little slow. It just seems strange to me to revive a thread that is three years old. In a hurry I must have been.

Didn't even realize I had made the mistake. Cut me a break.

At least I didn't use the "only sane one here" I hope.

No worries brother D.

Btw, I like seeing the older threads come up from time to time. There is a lot of great information in the archives.
Thought this one was interesting because of the lack of posts back then and the efforts by the original members to get CChat to where it is today. πŸ‘πŸ»

... and it’s only getting better with folks like you on board. πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘ŒπŸ»

I sent an email with a link to this thread to Sfoster, who hasn't been here since 2015. He was a good early supporter of the site, and hopefully he makes his way back (assuming he still has a Cobalt boat, etc.).

He doesn't have to have a Cobalt. He only needs to want one real badly.

D I was just picking on you because....well no reason really. I admire how enthusiastic you see welcoming "new" people. It's easy to miss the dates, especially when bringing up old threads for no reason other than to bump old threads. No worries buddy!

I think we're all on the same page - we come here to chat and have fun, and welcoming and meeting new people is a big part of that.

No reply from sfoster, so it's possible he's moved on.
