Private Message Issues?

I tried to reply to a PM twice this morning and they both show in the outbox. It worked a couple months ago, so I’m not sure why it’s hung up? I also created a new PM and sent it to the same individual, but it doesn’t even show in my ‘sent’ folder. Any suggestions/tips?

It won't move till they read it. So what you did is correct. The person you sent it to just needs to open it up.

Some members are a post once and then never to be heard from again.
If you want to say who you sent a pm to I can tell you if they are a normal contributor. Or sometimes if you say hey BBP I sent you a PM that helps.

No worries - it looks like he’s active, so just hasn’t read it yet. I was worried it wasn’t getting sent, so I sent multiple…oops!

Yeah, it's a quirk of the way PHPBB handles outgoing messages. Not the most intuitive in my mind, but not a big enough flaw to switch to another (and probably differently-flawed) system.
