VP 8.1GXi E- fuel cooler?

Does this engine have a fuel cooler that needs to be drained for winterization? Manual didnt say anything about it, but I wanted to double check.

For anyone in the future looking for this info, there is a water line running to the fuel filer housing from the T stat housing. I removed it from the t stat, and held the line below the engine to let it all drain.
