Matworks duraweave ‘05 272.

A few mistakes were made in production so they need to be corrected, but the test fit is good and I think it looks great.

For sure. Getting those off if ever needed would be such a hassle.

We love the snap in mats. When we stay at resorts or hotels, I take a few mats back and use the hotel towels and hot water to keep them clean. No soap. There's usually a lot of dirt that you don't even see.

I used to rent my house as a vacation rental. If renters did that, no security deposit refund.

I really like the idea of the ability to remove the decking for various reasons. This seems like it would work well for someone taking their boat ouI of the water after use and storing in a dry environment. That said, have high suspicion that if the Matworks deck (and under the decking) was wet when covering a boat mildew would rear its ugly head under the matting. I'd bet, even with a Stor-Dry or similar warm air circulator, mildew would appear under the mat in all but the driest climates. Each environment has its pros and cons. In the south, where it's humid from mid June to mid September, for a boat left on the lake, even lifted, I don't think that would work. FYI, I went with SeaDek since I'm on Lake Lanier, GA and very happy with it as I hope the OP is too.

After I rinse the towels in hot water, you can't even tell I used them on the boat. Plus, the towel don't leave the rental unit.

When I used to take my boats places, I brought my own towels.

TOWELS.......are we seriously talking about towels?
Just buy some lemon scented simple green, medium bristled brush and a bucket. Wash down in boat and run the bilge. Allow to air dry. Wash and rinse front to back.
