I wanted to add underwater lights to our pier and boat lift this spring, and I wanted to know if any one could give me any advise on safety and a quality Manufacture. They will be in fresh water with an aluminum pier and lift. We swim a lot off the pier and I really didn't want to electrocute a family member.
Thanks'

Underwater Pier Lights
Re: Underwater Pier Lights
There certainly are ways to safely do this... a marine electrician would know...
If I was doing it myself, I'd get 12V underwater LED fixtures and a transformer...
that way, even if something goes wrong, the current isn't going to kill anyone.
There are lots of those installed on the boats of the folks on this forum.
