Thinking of a new tow vehicle.

Post by Ytmsn »

I saw on FB that someone towed a brand new R5 with something similar. So I need someone to talk me out of this.

Ya think the chicks will dig it? I do. I think dp's may be in my future..

Ha! Yeah, that's the same one A7! Some folks (tgrace) thought it was funny how they pulled a hundred thousand dollar boat with a $500 car. 😀😀

Save your money YT.
There is NO WAY anyone can top the Roadmaster wagon. So classic, so fresh and original, and so rusted..
We can only watch in awe of the brilliance.🤣

The only thing I would change are the chrome lugs on the rear wheels. Nothing can replace the look if stock rusted lugs on a black wheel.

This one actually made it's way to a local used car lot about 8 miles from me. Either that or one heck of a good replica Want me to call and get a price?

Isn’t that the one that was customized for UK on Fast n’ Loud with Aaron Kaufman driving? 🤔

Exactly! Wonder if the replica has the blown BB in it?
Just think Sailor your tow vehicle would get worse fuel mileage than your Cobalt? Kinda makes sense 🤣.

That's the one guys....I swear it's the same one I did a double take and even my wife recognized it. Side pipes, dual carbs, scoop and all---even a GMG logo sticker. Looks like they pulled the UK wrap. I admit I haven't stopped but it was there a few months ago. It's a pretty unique vehicle.

That was probably the oddest post I've seen on the cobalt fb page, lol.

I cant imagine someone building a replica gas monkey wagon, but maybe. I've sure see some strange stuff over the years.

There are all kinds of personalities and mindsets for sure. There are times at a car auction I'll see where someone has dropped 10 to 15 grand in stereos, rims and tires, lift kits, custom paint and interiors on a $500 turd with 250,000 miles. The worst ones are where they paint the car something like neon green and paint dash panels and interior trim to match, usually with crushed velvet or something similar glued to the dash. And yes, it is as ugly and hideous as it sounds.. They usually start out with something like a Chrysler 300 or Sebring and dump large amounts of cash in it to make it "personalized "
Drug money I guess.

Love it. Just hope the designers at BMW don't see it and get any ideas...
