Would a 135 hp 4 cylinder be adequate to ski behind a 22 foot boat?

Inquiring minds would like to know.
Hey Ytsmsn..

So glad you could bring us some valued questions for the group.

Oil capacity, and type of oil recommendations can be found at ( Recycled oil.com ) remember to rinse out your oil filter afterward.. Geeze we've all made that clumsy mistake.

Air psi is a great question, and one that we cherish to answer. On the F70/13inch 2 ply you'll want to go by the cold setting of 3.79212 bar. Trailer tires should only be done professional at a European shop using those measurements.

And as far as power.. Whoa!! Hold on to your hat Mister...... as that sure is alot of ponies for skiing.

We were using the first Evinrudes in 1952 for our Sea world opener. The 65hp pull starts were plenty scary as we worried that our swim suites would not fare well at high speeds. ( Here is a pic with my daring trunks.. wow right?).Swell times!

Now ya cMatt? What I'm most impressed with is not that you're from Cali. Or that you skied with all those babes standing on you. Or that you represented Disney.

It's that you were a REBEL!

Quick question, when should one start to consider winterization of their boat? Ohhh and do you think I should upgrade my stereo?

Kate wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 9:12 am I suggest adding a "Demotion Policy":

1) Shaming of any type, including but not limited to: engine shaming, cushion shaming, something's-out-of-place-in-that-picture shaming, lake shaming, boat-length shaming, trailer shaming, tow-vehicle shaming, pajama-boy shaming, your-project's-over-budget/over-due shaming, antiquated-equipment (e.g., lights, props) shaming. Penalty: One Rank Demotion.

2) More than 5 typos or gobbledygook messages: One Rank Demotion. (BB, I see "Ensign' in your future.)

3) More then 5 thread hijackings: One Rank Demotion. (Footnote: Any mention of "turtles" or "snakes" in such hijackings, doubles the demotion.)

4) Whining, excuse making, begging for pity: Two Rank Demotion.

5) Insufficient deference to any Member with the user name "Kate" (or "Katie") shall be deemed insubordination. Penalty: Dishonorable Discharge.
I agree with all of these but substitute the word "demotion" for "promotion".

Better.
