Working better although forum member pics are having rotation issues again. Been rotating quite a few lately.

Looks like the overly large image files fix broke the tool that fixed our image rotation issues using EXIF data. Seems like for now we have to have one problem or the other, although I’ve reached out to the developers asking for a fix...

BTW, I can upload directly from my phone. It's the PC that won't upload after transferring. It stays with the HEIC picture format using the "keep originals" setting when transferring via Itunes. Those HEIC pics that have now transferred to the PC in their native format won't upload.

Gotcha. Most browsers don’t even support displaying HEIC files yet, so it’s one of those things where even if the forum supports it nobody will be able to see it (yet). I’ll keep an eye on it though.

In other news, it sounds like there’s support for native exit image rotation tagging in the next version of PHPBB, so I’m still pushing for that to get fixed.
