I'm looking for the same two things, I found an old thread here that pointed me to these for the engine hatch -- planning to order next week.

Thank you for the response, I may end up going that route as well. I will be working in Seattle in two weeks and there are a ton of marine shops as well as fastener shops over that way. I am going to have a look around to see what I can drum up. Hard to believe we are the only ones looking for these parts. Seems like every time I go head first into the motor compartment one of those is popping off.

I have some info for the small rubber bumper in your first two pictures. I bought 20 of the Cobalt Part #491128 a couple of years ago from the “local” Cobalt dealer thinking that 20 was overkill, but I keep finding these little boogers everywhere and am almost out now. Just today I found another four rubber bumpers on the bow walk-thru doors, and the rubber was rock hard just like all the others I have found. Others are cracked like in your picture.

I believe the small rubber bumpers are the same as McMaster-Carr 9540K42, but I have not bought them and made 100% sure. The price is now $17.79 for 100 as compared to $15.97 two years ago.

All of these replacements have gone smoothly except for one of the rubber bumpers for the in-floor table storage. The screw has stripped out the fiberglass and so does not hold the rubber bumper down anymore. Is filling in the stripped hole with MarineTex and redrilling my best option? I toyed with the idea of using the next larger screw size, but it really doesn’t fit the small rubber bumper very well.

Yes, fill the hole with marine tex and re-drill is the right way.
I went ahead and orderd 100 of these from McMaster Carr. I need to look all around my boat (just bought a 2014 R5) - the main ones I was looking to replace are on the swim step, pads it when it is in the folded up position. But I am sure I have these all over that can be replaced.

The specificity of this forum is great! I needed to find the replacements of the exact two above-mentioned rubber bumpers, and you fine folks pointed me precisely in the right direction. Thank you!

CONFIRMED

billk2632 was kind enough to send me 20 of his McMaster-Carr rubber bumpers and they are identical in every way to the bumpers that I received from the Cobalt dealer.

I bought some at either Lowes or Home Depot for the rear seat that moves back and forth.

kas, are the rubber bumpers you found shown above in this thread, or did you find a third type?

If you did find a third type of rubber bumper you know we are going to need pictures? :D

I would love a part number if someone has found the size of ones that work for the AFT lounge on the 242. The ones above work great for the bumpers under the hatches, but are way too small for the stoppers for the aft Lounge seat on my 242
