Just bought a 2000 253 and I am looking for the screen for the round hatch in the cuddy. Any ideas where to get one? Also wondering if they make a camper canvas for this model? Lastly anyone have success in removing cushion covers in cuddy and washing/cleaning them? is there somewhere to order spare engine keys. Our local dealer is zero help :(
Thank you for any help.

So glad you found us rb……

We had a round screen for our 263 hatch. It came with the boat so not sure where you can pick one up. Amazon?

Any pics?

And welcome aboard mate!

I have a similar boat.

Screen: Have one fabricated.

Camper canvas: I fabricated my own. Installed two vertical poles with a horizontal pole connecting them, at the stern. Then used marine fabric. It doubles as a sun shade for the rear of the cabin.

"removing cushion": Do you mean removing the inner foam? If so, I tried. It's a nightmare because of the buttons. Instead, I cleaned them with "Oxi Clean, Total Interior." Then let them dry in the sun. Works great.

Pictures, please.

I have a 2001 Cobalt 263, if it’s the same hatch made by BOMAR, go to
https://pompanette.com/wp-content/uploa ... urrent.pdf
BOMAR is part of Pompanette they should have the part or you can measure the opening where the screen goes and try Greatlakesskipper.com.
