Two of my biggies:
Improve boat cabana with 8'X3'X5" foam pad covered with outdoor upholstery. Replace rollers on trailer. (Those things expensive!)
Any others out there?

Nothing for me this year.

I have a new panel with a Fusion remote control waiting to go in my boat as soon as it comes out of hibernation (April or May?). I don't really have access to the boat during the winter, so projects are generally limited to preparing things external to the boat for boating season.
The new panel turned out pretty cool, though - there are pictures of the new and old one in the first post at

"Nothing for me this year."
Buying a new boat can be considered a "winter project." Or is that what the wink is hinting at?

We just have to find Aslan his next "downsize" boat. Maybe something like

That link is not loading for some reason JMD, but yes, just a momentary break as we contemplate our next vessel.

"'downsize' boat."
If his goal is to downsize, then perhaps this. Now $40 off. And no worries about winterizing:

The link seems to work here - it's a clean-looking '08 242 on Craigslist for $36k. If I were boatless due to some unfortunate turn of events, I might consider it. Here's a photo.

Ah yes...link is working. May have been a momentary glitch.
I do like Kate's low maintenance alternative. Little tough to ski off of but we can get creative.

Yes! But with that, you get both. Your tender is a "modified" 190. And then we get to revisit the Greatest Thread Ever.
