242 with a head

Looking at different 242s online and some have a head and some don't. Is there a specific year they stopped or are there different models of 242 where there isn't a head?

When looking for specifics like that I would just type in the year Cobalt brochure in Google and look at the specifications and options. I think they stopped publishing around 2015 or so. Also look at used boats for sale in the year and model you are looking at.

I believe a head was an option on any of the 242's for any year. I have a 2014 without a head.

Agree, I think all years were available with a head. I looked and was serious about a 2008 with a head, but I ended up getting an R5. When I was looking It seemed I saw more without a head than with.
