The basic process goes something like:

Bring trailer in position and lower the tongue as much as possible. Place wood blocking below the keel near the stern, and blocking at sides of stern if blocking isn't v-shaped to fit boat profile.

Crank trailer tongue back up so most of weight is on wood blocking.

Jack the front of the boat and move the trailer forward until crossmember or axle of trailer reaches jack, and use second jack behind axle to continue shuffling trailer forward (alternate between the two jacks).

When trailer is clear, place bow keel on wood blocking and you're set.

For bigger boats, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vE8l7o-c8lY for example.

Thank you, ill let you know how to turns out.
The trailer would be scrapped if I had the money for a good used one, but alas poor people have poor ways. I have the material and ability to do the welding. And the room at the house to work on it.

Now I just have to get brave enough to pull the trailer out from under it.
