Hopefully no one was injured.

Insurance will help ease the pain but that’s a sure way to end your boating season early. 😢

I'm pretty impressed at how well the passenger compartment held up on the truck. I'm pretty sure they're not factory-rated to carry a boat on the roof rack.

That is do largely to todays rollover standards. FWIW a 2014 and newer car is allowed to run a 9.0 second quarter mile time vs 10.0 for 08-13' and 11.50 for the pre 08 without additional rollbar installed at NHRA race tracks

It would be interesting to see if there actually were rear straps being used. They're pretty tough, and I've seen other accidents where the straps held a trailer on to a boat that rolled.

I did read that there were rear straps but they failed.
