Can I pull a wakeboard from atop this Bimini tower or am I limited to the ski eyelet on the back?

Would the back of the Bimini interfere with the line on that setup though? It looks to extend pretty far back from the arch / tow point, but perhaps that's just the angle of the photo.

Not sure where that bimini came from. Not sure it's factory. You have the same tower as me but my bimini is totally different. I tow from the tower except tubes

There is probably a slit in the canvas that allows you to put the rope through close to the tow point on the tower.
